There is still time to either join or renew your Quincy Senior Center Membership. Membership is only $10 per person. If you have not yet visited our Center, now is the time. Join us at our weekly Thursday night dinners at 6 p.m. Everyone is invited! Dinner is $8 per person. Please call 787-3231 to let us know if you will be joining us, but walk-ins are welcomed. After dinner join us in playing pinochle, dominoes, bridge or just sit and visit.
If you need a large meeting place for an upcoming function such as a wedding reception, baby shower, etc., call Pam at 787-3231 to check for available dates and times. Please keep in mind that we greatly stress that there is to be no consumption of alcoholic beverages in or around the premises and no smoking in the building.
If you need the use of a cane, walker, bath chair, raised toliet seat, portable potty chair, etc., we have some for loan. We also have some Depends. Call Pam at 787-3231.
Monday night bridge winners were Aldene Duchscherer, first, and Ed Casey, second.
On Tuesday afternoons at 12:30 p.m., we play x93Mexican Trainx94 dominoes. Everyone is invited! Call 787-3231 for more information.
Last weekx92s Wednesday afternoon bridge winners were Ida Erickson, first, and Isabel Farmer, second.
Last Thursday night pinochle winners were Berta Kjeldson, first and Lonabel Ehlert, second. Last Thursday night dominoes winner was Ila Halterman.
Rotary lunch and Thursday night dinner will be breaded veal patty with mashed potatoes and gravy, buttered corn, tossed green salad, dinner roll and dessert.
