FCAD activities
Farm-to-Market run
The annual Quincy Farm-to-Market Fun Run is set for the second Saturday in September. (Sept. 13)
The run will begin and end at Mtn. View Elementary School (117 D St. NW). The 2k run will begin at 8 a.m. and the 5k run is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m.
Corporate Cup fee is $100, with the proceeds to benefit the charity of winner's choice. Registration after Sept. 1 is $12 per person.

FCAD Tennis Tourney
Katie Homer is organizing a tennis tournament to coincide with FCAD. The “Love Hurts Tennis Tournament” will benefit the QHS tennis team and will be played on Sept. 13. Registration deadline is Sept. 11. For more information, contact Homer at 787-4240 or 398-5762.
Rally in the Valley
Kooy’s Irrigation and the Ken Schroeder family are again sponsoring Rally in the Valley: a recreational, co-ed, four-on-four grass volleyball tournament now in its 17th year. Check-in at the playing fields on the east edge of the Quincy High School/festival grounds, will be at 11:30 and start time is noon.
Cost per team is $20, four-person teams must include at least one female, other players can rotate in, two- and three-person teams are allowed. Shirts are available while they last.
