Huskies end ladies' season
The Lady Jackrabbits fastpitch squad gave themselves two extra games by knocking off Prosser last week in Mustang territory.
Adrianna Zamarron emerged as the team's No. 1 pitcher and the defense held their ground to send the Lady Jackrabbits into the district tournament last week.
But Quincy was unable to capitalize against the top-tier teams. They opened the first round with a 10-0 loss to East Valley on Thursday and were eliminated by Othello on Saturday by a score of 11-1.
