TAPS Enterprises Tool Sale will be here at the Center on Monday, Sept. 8 and Tuesday, Sept. 9 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on both days.
The Center is taking applications for the position of director of the Quincy Senior Center. Call Joan Reynolds at 787-3231 or stop by the Center to pick up an application or drop off a resume at 522 F St. SE.
Raffle tickets for our “Senior Super Duper Raffle” are now for sale at the Quincy Senior Center or QSC members. Grand prize: Honda All-Terrain Vehicle, donated by Chet’s Honda.
Monday night bridge winners were Barb Whyte, first, and Nancy Street, second.
Last week Wednesday afternoon bridge winners were Isabel Farmer, first, and Dorothy Hammack, second. Last Thursday night pinochle winners were Irene and John Susedik, first, and Lonabel Ehlert, second. Last Thursday night dominoes winner was Dena Hooyer.
Rotary lunch and Thursday night dinner will be tender roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy, baked potato with all the trimmings for the evening meal, bacon-seasoned Brussels sprouts, tossed green salad, dinner roll and dessert.
