“These awesome kids did all of the work themselves under the supervision of their teacher (Jim) Bennett,” said Melissa Culich of Moses Lake Community Health.

On Feb. 13, the team set up a table outside of Akins, played musical instruments and collected $304.00.

“They were proud of the job they did,” Culich said.

The team then visited Quincy Community Health Center on Feb. 16 and presented the money to medical providers and staff. The money will be used for patients who do not have the resources to purchase their medication.

“Quincy Community Health Center would like to thank Destination Imagination for their donation to help those in most need in our community,” Culich said.
