Senior News: March 11
Work continues on the drain system in our kitchen. The City of Quincy will be issuing an announcement for bids on the remainder of the project forthwith. Quincy Seniors are chomping at the bit to get on with the project, but we will follow the standing protocol for this.
Thank you, David Marquez and Lucas Durfee, for hosting the Wii tournament last Saturday. You put a lot of work into making a fun day for those who came.
Tuesday, March 16 from 2 to 4 p.m., Quincy Parks and Recreation is offering another fiber class. Weaving is the focus.

We are still meeting at the Quincy Community Center on Thursday for Rotary lunch and the Senior/Community dinner at 6 p.m. and Thursday activities, for the foreseeable future.
All other activities will continue to take place at the Quincy Senior Center.
The Wraspirs would like to invite all of you to Helen Wraspir’s 90th birthday party on Saturday, March 13.
Open house is from 1 to 3 p.m. I know she’ll be happy to share this special day with all of her friends.

Lunch for Rotary and dinner for the rest of us at the QUINCY COMMUNITY CENTER at 6 p.m. is tuna noodle casserole, broccoli salad, lime Jell-O/pears, garlic bread, and carrot cake for dessert.
