Tickets on sale for chamber auction
The Quincy Valley Chamber of Commerce is going to bring a bit of Margaritaville to Quincy next month.
Tickets are now on sale for the chamber’s biennial auction and fund-raiser, to be held Nov. 7 at the Quincy Community Center.
People are encouraged to dress in island wear for the evening, which will begin at 5:30 p.m. with a social hour and a silent auction. At 6:30 p.m., dinner will be served by Sunfire Grill. At 7:30 p.m., a live auction will be held, with dancing and live entertainment to follow.
Tickets are $45 for an individual and $400 for a table of eight. A ticket will ensure an auction-goer a reserved spot, a pitcher of margaritas and appetizers.
