The owners of the Pink Oven Bakery are no longer operating at the Quincy Public Market.
Tanya and Jarod Rollins have decided to step away from the business, they said through a Facebook message. The Jones family purchased the business and is now operating it. They will keep the Pink Oven Bakery name.
“We wish them the best and will not be taking on any further ventures,” they said in the Facebook message.
They did not respond to a question asking why they chose to sell.
The bakery opened at the public market in June of last year and produced cupcakes, cakes, cookies and breads. They also made custom cakes.
