8:16 p.m. - Reporting party says she and her husband were going to walk to the park when they noticed their car was missing.

Aug. 11 - Reporting party says she is following a suspect on Q Street Southwest because he was knocking on her window.

10:17 a.m. - Reporting party says they need someone trespassed from the library.

11:50 a.m.- Reporting party wants a cat that’s not hers to get picked up, because it keeps showing up in her yard and her dog is upset.

2:33 p.m. - Reporting party says there’s a subject outside a gas station making odd noises and making customers uncomfortable.

3:39 p.m. - Reporting party says there’s an intoxicated male outside a gas station.

10:29 p.m. - Reporting party says there’s a dog running at large.

3:03 a.m. - Reporting party says there’s an intoxicated male who won’t leave.

6:45 a.m. - Reporting party says there’s a driver of a black truck with his head down. It is unknown if he’s passed out or looking at his phone.

8:48 p.m. - Reporting party says someone poisoned his dog.

Aug. 14

10:17 a.m. Reporting party says that someone followed his girlfriend home.

11:10 a.m. - Reporting party says there’s a dead cat on the street.

2:16 p.m. - Reporting party says that her daughter saw someone hit a dog and leave it there, so the girl picked up the dog and took it to the vet.

Aug. 15

8:30 a.m. - Reporting party says there’s an unconscious male, not breathing.

10:58 a.m. - Reporting party says there’s a stray dog, tan and white with a collar and very skittish.

12:40 p.m. - Reporting party says he sees a stolen four-wheeler he had seen online.

4:13 p.m. - Reporting party says it looks like an ex-boyfriend following a female around and harassing her.

10:28 p.m. - Reporting party says there’s a customer who is not allowed to be there, but who keeps coming in and out, saying someone is after him.

11:42 p.m. - Reporting party says that his girlfriend is hitting him.

6:05 a.m. - Reporting party says there are several dogs running at large, some of them in the front yard of his house.

7:08 a.m. - Reporting party says someone took his wallet overnight.

4:45 p.m. - Reporting party says there are neighbor children hitting the sliding glass door then running.

6:07 p.m. - Reporting party says his sister was assaulted.

5:19 p.m. - Reporting party says there’s a security guard who just advised him of a hit-and-run.

6:54 p.m. - Reporting party says there’s a confrontation between neighbors, with children witnessing.

8:49 a.m. - Reporting party says there’s a black dog running at large, bothering his dog.

9:01 a.m. - Reporting party says a pickup speeding passed in a non-passing lane and had to avert.

10:14 a.m. - Reporting party says someone vandalized his business.

5:13 p.m.- Reporting party says there’s a white car blocking the fire hydrant.

4:22 p.m. - Reporting party says there’s a Russian male yelling at them as they try to sell corn.

4:58 p.m. - Reporting party says the tenants are not paying and refusing to leave, thrashing the apartment.

7:18 p.m. - Reporting party says her boyfriend and her had a disagreement, she has his wallet and phone and he has her phone and refusing to return it.

Grant County Sheriff’s Office

A 44-year-old man from Quincy was arrested on district court warrants and superior court warrants, and one unspecified out-of-county warrant from Whitman County.

A 24-year-old woman from Quincy was arrested on charges of fourth-degree assault with domestic violence.

A 27-year-old man from Quincy was arrested and booked on charges of fourth-degree assault, with domestic violence, malicious mischief with domestic violence in the second degree, and a district court warrant for failing to appear in court. A 21-year-old man from Quincy was arrested and booked on charges of fourth-degree assault with domestic violence.
