The Quincy pool has reopened for full capacity this past week due to the extreme heat.

The Quincy Aquatic Center announced on Facebook on June 29 that their COVID Guidance was released early because of the heat. From June 29 on, the center will not have a swimmer capacity.

According to Russ Harrington, Quincy Recreation Director, there is no word on how long the capacity limit lift will last but said the center will follow any guidance from the department of health that they are made aware of.

The Quincy Aquatic Center entrance fee is $4 per person. The concession stand is not open so customers can bring their own water and snacks but in non-glass containers.
