The Quincy High School Wrestling team traveled to Mattawa on Saturday and competed against Wahluke, Almira Coulee Hartline, Chelan, Lake Roosevelt, Omak and Warden.

During the event, only one Quincy athlete walked away with victory in all three of his matches; Israel Perez in the 132 pound weight category. He won his matches 8-6, 16-7 and 9-3.

Jayden Richards beat his Omak opponent in his first match with a pin at 3:35.

Brody Wallace won two of his three matches. Both victories were won by pin, one at 3:23 and one at 1:16.

Christian Avila won one match overall with a pin at 2:19.

David Medina also won a match also won by pin at 4:41.
